Tomoki (Tommy) himi regressed

Commission for spartan38 who asked for me to draw Tommy Himi age regressed. 
Sorry for the long wait. Trying to play catch up on commissions this week.

Little back story to this image:
Back before going into the digimon world Tomoki (Tommy), age 9, was always spoiled by his parents. When Yutaka, his older brother, notice that his parents got Tommy a brand new game system he got into a argument with tommy for being spoiled.  So Yutaka decided to turn his little brother into a toddler to help teach him a lesson.
